GOF TENTH BIRTHDAY

GOF it’s your birthday again
This year you will turn ten
Ten years ago
You were birthed from an idea
A Deelight…ful idea

It only took one small seed
Planted in one pure heart
A Deelight…ful heart
And with her tender care
and daily watering
With generous portions
Of love, hope, and dreams,
Soon that one very tiny seed
Grew into the wonderful, beautiful
Garden of Friendship
It is this very day

The Garden Of Friendship Turns 10
Deelight Started This Wonderful Group Way Back When
Year By Year The Garden Continues To Grow
With Complete Strangers Turning Into Close And Dear Friends
The Garden Of Friendship Has Many Things To Show

I Left The Garden Of Friendship Several Times
As Things Got Out Of Hand For Me
Then One Day Deelight Came To Me In A Dream
The Garden Of Friendship Is The Place For You To Be
From Then On I Have Been A Part Of This Glorious Team

Each Day I Can Hear The Garden Of Friendship As It Chimes
The Garden Of Friendship Will Always Befriends
With These Garden Of Friendship Memories
I Will Cherish Them So Much
Deelight Thank You For Your Kind Touch

Recollections of the past;
Our visions of the future;
Create true friendships that last.

Good times and bad times,
Shared triumphs and shared losses,
Unite us in harmony
With our dreams, hopes and causes.

We come to the garden,
With eagerness and delight
, In our Garden of Friendship
And a future true and bright.

GOF Birthday

Birthdays come and go
But friends stay the same
they grow with us
they cry with us and stand beside us
we've seen change over the last 10 years
We've lost good friends and will hold them in our hearts
We have lots of memories to hang onto to take with us
Over the next 10 years we will create more memories
And meet more friends creating lasting friendships
This is called growth and all groups go through this
Happy 10th Birthday GOF with Many more to come
