Hello, Pet Lovers!
Tootypup is a Lab Kelpie cross.
She is my best friend, and has been for just on 16 years now.
Tooty just loves to be apart of everything that is going on. She is my shadow from the time the sun rises
and even when the stars a high in the sky, she is always with me. When I am here on the Computer, she is laying next to me or
on the couch. Yes the is her favorite place ... LOL. She just loves to do things, like bringing my slippers, helping in the
garden carrying things for me. She loves playing and she has her own games that she has taught us the rules
to. And Christmas to her, well just look at any child opening their presents. She just loves it.
There was a time when l was not well, and she was there with me the whole time. Never a word had to be
spoken, but she seemed to know the inner pain l was going through in this time. She would just lay with me,
and in her own special ,way said all that had to be said. Tooty is getting on in years now. The colour of
Grey shadows through her shinny black coat. She still has her moments that she feels like a puppy.
And each day I hace with her now, is a true gift of love. And over the years, she has trained her human pets to perfection.
My Tooty is now 17 years old and still has a heart of a puppy. Her mind is so active, even in her twilight years, she is with me 24/7. She suffers now with all the old
age stuff og life, like arthritis and she is deaf. She has some bad days. But is on medications which helps her through each day. Like her mum, the old bod just wont do
what it use too....LOL. But we have an understanding, with unspoken words and unconditional love. Our hearts work together, and there are times we sit together and
remember the days when we were young and played together. Oh yes..... She still plays when she is in the mood too. The next day is the give away though......LOL
There is just a true unconditional love there between us, and it will be there forever in time. I LOVE my Tooty with all my heart.
