Gardening Committee

We have been busy discussing Herbs and Roses, a rather nice combination actually, and putting together various articles of interest for our Garden of Friendship friends to read and become acquainted with many of the plants we grow in our gardens or are able to view along the way.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming one of our committee members to the position of Assistant Committee Leader. Bonnie has been and is an active member since joining and jumps right in with words of encouragement for the rest of us along with completing some fabulous articles and sharing her cheerful nature for a few laughs to boot. We are just thrilled to have you here with us Bonnie!

On another note we have been busy putting together our contribution for the Pieces of Eight Theme which marks our GOF 8th Birthday Anniversary and have to admit our Garden Keepers sure came up with a theme that challenged us to get our creative juices flowing. We can’t wait to see everyone’s results and look forward to doing a lot of visiting and welcoming during our month long celebration.
