added to the garden. Notice there are several different choices of flowers, so
be sure to choose the one that fits best. Your friend will be notified that they
have been added to the flower garden and will receive a plaque showing what kind
of flower they have been turned into.
Please fill out ALL areas on the form or we will not be able to add your flower
to the lists.
If by some chance you try to find your entry and you don't see
it, please check back the next day. We try to get them up as soon as possible,
but sometimes get behind.
